Ondra Vít was awarded the Josef Chmelik Prize again! This prize is given by the Czech Proteomic Society to the first author of the most outstanding proteomic paper published by a Czech team. Ondra received the prize for his 2019 paper (Vit O, et al. A three-pronged "Pitchfork" strategy enables an extensive description of the human membrane proteome and the identification of missing proteins. J Proteomics. 2019 Jul 30;204:103411)


JUNE 2021

Michaela Švrdlíková won the Best Postgraduate Poster Award at the 20th Student Research Conference organized by First Faculty of Medicine, Charles University. The scientific commitee appreciated her poster "Identification of critical proteins and molecular pathways involved in pheochromocytoma and paraganglioma development and progression - a proteomic analysis"
